Your Home Energy Checkup
A comprehensive, customized, energy-saving plan just for you.
When you schedule your Home Energy Checkup, a specially trained Energy Specialist will do a thorough checkup of your home’s heating and cooling systems, insulation, and appliances. The specialist will also install products that will help you start saving energy immediately. It's all about giving you the knowledge you need to make your home more energy efficient.
How it Works
Step 1:
Check your eligibility using our simple tool
You will need your PNM account number and basic information about your home, including square footage.
Step 2:
Schedule an in-person checkup or a virtual one
For in-person checkups, an Energy Specialist visits your home. A virtual visit can be conducted via a mobile device, and then energy-saving products are shipped to you afterward for self-installation.
Step 3:
Receive your comprehensive energy report
The findings you discussed with the Energy Specialist during the checkup will be summarized in your customized home report. It will include recommendations for additional home improvements. If needed, we can connect you with one of our pre-vetted contractors.
